Hello, I am 36 years old and I have problems with my stomach. I have pain, rumblings, and I always feel like vomiting after eating something. Three months ago, I had a test for Helicobacter and it came back Positive. I have used "Lanzul 30mg", "Nolpaza 40mg", and "Espumisan" for 14 days, while Lanzul for 3 weeks. Currently, I am not using anything. And I want to know if I need to do an Endoscopy, or something else to get a proper diagnosis? Please give me some advice from you :)
